Buddy Hurwit has been active in the commercial, industrial, hospitality, and residential real estate industry, throughout Florida, for more than 30 years. As a licensed broker and developer, he has built over 600,000 square feet of product in South Florida. In addition, Buddy acquired a 318-acre parcel in Central Florida, converted it from agricultural use to an equestrian-oriented, residential community with full entitlements.
Most recently, Buddy has served as a managing partner for a closely held group of investors. They specialize in income-producing properties, while sourcing and completing value-add opportunities in a variety of property types across Florida.All this said, Buddy’s crowning achievement in life is “marrying-up” to his wife Sheryl and raising two absolutely gorgeous children, Jared & Rachel, who all give him such nachas, I can’t even…Lastly, Buddy is proud to be the initial, founding monetary contributor to HAAPE.
