DR. IVAN M. ROSENBERG is the Managing Partner of the management consulting firm InVista Associates. He has over 30 years’ experience as a change agent, producing many breakthrough results in organizational performance. In 2010 he co-founded The Aerospace & Defense Forum, an international community of nine chapters and over 2400 individuals that facilitates communication, collaboration, and commerce among A&D business leaders.
In 2016 he founded and currently leads The Uniquely Abled Project, which among other projects teaches those with level 1 autism how to operate CNC manufacturing machines.
