Jim Foley

Chief Growth Officer

Jim Foley is a retired business owner with nearly 50 years experience in the boat, yacht, and superyacht financing industry. He was the Founder and President of Trident Funding Corporation, a national leader over the last 20+ years with offices and sales representation nationwide. Jim has worked with 50+ banking institutions over the years as a valued business partner.

Additionally Jim initiated in 2016 a coveted partnership with one of the world’s largest global Wealth Management Banks originating yacht loans for its clientele. He continues overseeing this program after his Company sale and retirement in 2018 to ensure its continuity and success.

Jim has served for many years on an Advisory Council, held Vice President and Treasurer positions and been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Marine Bankers Association.

In his retirement years, Jim seeks to provide volunteer assistance and looks forward to the opportunity to apply his unique managerial and sales and marketing skills as well as to utilize his financial institution experience with HAAPE and its worthwhile endeavors. Jim and his wife Rosalie reside in Weston and in Maine. They enjoy international travel and visiting their children and grandchildren in New York and Arizona.
