🚀 Professional Background:
In addition to my role as Chairman/CEO of HAAPE, I am honored to be a Board member of the Uniquely Abled Project. Before my role at HAAPE, I co-founded and served as the Managing Partner of Cognitive Diversity LLC. In this capacity, we developed the Neurodiversity Inclusion Index (NDII), fostering inclusivity for the Neurodivergent Community and its employers.
With over 35 years of experience, I have held various leadership roles, including Global Practice Leader for Life Sciences and Managing Partner at Ernst & Young (later Capgemini). I established IBM’s Pharmaceutical Consulting Practice and held significant positions in high-end computer, engineering and scientific computing, management consulting, account marketing, and manufacturing research.
Throughout my career, I have been an industry analyst, adviser to consulting companies, and an entrepreneur within the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry and its suppliers.
My volunteer activities beyond HAAPE included Vice Chairman of the Florida Initiative for Suicide Prevention (FISP), mentor in the elementary school (awarded Mentor of the Year for Broward County School System) and implementing and teaching an iPhone/iPad class for seniors.
