Pam M. Kapsimalis

Board Member & Chief Legal Counsel

Pam Kapsimalis is a partner with the law firm of Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC. She concentrates in the practice areas of real estate, commercial lending, leasing, franchising, and general business matters.

She has extensive expertise in representing companies of all sizes including not-for- profit and for-profit entities, women-owned businesses, residential and commercial developers, commercial shopping centers, retailers, warehouses and franchises on both sides of the transaction.

Experience

Ms. Kapsimalis has worked with individuals and business operations of all sizes. As the former General Counsel of one of the largest cold storage and shipping companies in the U.S., Ms. Kapsimalis coordinated all aspects of legal operations, including corporate formation, licensing, governance, human resources, operations, logistics, complex employment and non-compete litigation, discrimination and equal pay issues and worked extensively on the development and leasing of over 35 warehouses nationwide.

In addition, Ms. Kapsimalis has worked with many high-end shopping centers and retailers in the development of luxury brands, including handling all aspects of real estate and operation. Some of Ms. Kapsimalis’ most rewarding work is working with non-profit entities, serving on their Boards and handling all aspects of governance, grant work and real estate development.

Achievements and Awards

Over her career, she has achieved a strong reputation serving as both outside and in-house legal counsel, understanding both sides of the transaction, identifying key legal issues and obtaining optimal results for the clients. Ms. Kapsimalis has been awarded several distinctions in the humanitarian and educational arenas and has served as a volunteer attorney for JBWS and Family Promise.

Education

Ms. Kapsimalis earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and an undergraduate B.A. degree, with honors, from Middlebury College. Ms. Kapsimalis was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1987.
