Stacy Baum brings over two decades of cross-sector experience in recruiting, career development, nonprofit leadership, and sponsorship fundraising. She currently serves as Sponsorship Coordinator for the Canopy Housing Foundation and Canopy Realtor® Association, where she manages strategic partnerships, event sponsorships, and large-scale community initiatives.
With deep personal motivation—her son’s recent diagnosis of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder—Stacy is passionate about advancing employment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals. She brings a unique blend of corporate recruiting insight, nonprofit leadership, and lived experience to this work, aiming to create more inclusive pathways to employment. Stacy holds an MPA from the University of Pittsburgh, BA from the University of Delaware, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate is Autism Spectrum Disorders from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
